Here are some of my recent paintings and illustrations as we approach the end of 2009: Some black and white images for horror publisher Perilous Press and some color work for The Mysterious journal of J.S.Lewis, including a portrait of H.P.Lovecraft.

 The Wet Nurse was originally published by StrangeAeons Magazine, in a limited edition, magazine format, which quickly became an out of print collectors item and legendary underground comic. The story was recently reprinted by Oddness books in “the wet nurse and other tales,”a graphic novel collecting my shorter comic book stories. The Original art from this story consists of my original story 16 Watercolor pages, 7  Pencil pages,   21  Laser prints. For Sale Complete Story Lot Oversized Original Comic Art for The Creeps and Vampiress!Carmella Magazine

12 oversized comic book pages total.  All pages are an excellent condition, with several inches of clean white border surrounding the published artwork.  The creeps magazine has since been discontinued, and this story, an adaptation of a weird classic, was one of the best ever published in that series. Since much of today’s comic guard is done digitally, or has been done to fit on a standard Xerox machine screen, very little comic book art has been created at this size in recent years. And even fewer were created for this late era, CREEPY magazine tribute, which was dominated mostly by digital cartoonists.
